2002, 2003, 2004 and 2008). No missing pages. Overall good condition (some shelve wear). 2002 catalog cover has some bend/crinkle - see photo). Please see photos as these are part of the description.
All items will be shipped the following Saturday after auction ends and full payment is made due to my work schedule (and please factor in the time it takes for Ebay to process payments).

freight forwarder" business to ship the items to your country, I am not able to process those orders. I don't ship internationally. Sorry for this inconvenience.
