Catalina, artist, Annette Himstedt created Catalina, in 1998, it is said she is to resemble a 7 yr. old girl from Bolzano, Italy. She stands approx. 29.5" tall.Her hazel (human) hair is very long. On her head she's got a playful hat with a frill, made with carmine red sweatshirt cotton. Her dress is made of the same cotton as the hat. The fabric has been exclusively dyed. The top is made with collar piping and it is loosely tired on the back by straps that go down to an elongated waistline. To emphasize the long sleeves, they are worked into the top with frills.Her long slim trousers also have frilled hems and they are made of the same material as the dress and hat.Catalina is wearing exclusively manufactured paled pink lacquer leather shoes with straps, decorative stitches, and poppers. Annette's name is engraved in gold on the outer sole.Catalina, is a Puppen Kinder limited to one year.Catalina, arms are firmly attached to the body by a special joint (Spezialgelenk), which enables you to keep the arms fixed in any desired position. As all my dolls Catalina, has been housed in a display case in private home, never been played with. ..................................
