Two versions of this dagger, this one with Egyptian Queen (or goddess Isis), and the other with Egyptian King (or god Horus). The Pharaoh (meaning 'Great House' so could refer to a male or female) was central to Egyptian culture and acted as an intermediary between the gods and the people.
