Vintage BMG - "space-age sputnik weather station globe"  multi function
Band is marked  West Germany and BGM and some numbers are marked on one of the brass pieces near the plastic underside of sphere
Globe is approx. 5" dismeter Height is approx. 8"
There is a tiny stress line/crack ( photo 7 )  on the bottom part between a circle and, of course, does not really show when the globe is in its natural upright position.
The gauges meters /readings seem to work but we can't tell you if they are accurate
