There are two very similar versions of this dagger. This is smaller, slimmer design. Very compact and elegant.
These are proper size and weight for a Highlander
sgian dubh
btw, designed to be stuck in top of hose or waist sash. The back is flattened to fit snugly against leg or side, see photos. Pommel is a faceted blue 'gemstone'.
Blade is mirror finish stainless steel, sharp on cutting side with a false edge on back, thick spine with serrations along first half. Hard ABS plastic handle and scabbard with cast metal fittings.
