This is the final draft which was originally titled "The Lair" but retitled "Sarah" when aired.  Original air date was October 16, 1972. The plot: An old flame of Matt's gets him involved with stage robbers.  53 pages total. The episode was written by Calvin J. Clements, Sr. (1915 - 1997), who also wrote for Desilu Playhouse, Alfred Hitchcock, Dr. Kildare, Have Gun Will Travel, and How The West Was Won.  Clements wrote the classic western film "Firecreek," staring James Stewart and Henry Fonda. He was inducted into the Cowboy Hall of Fame.
