Hadax EIA-530 (TIA-530 RS-530) to RS-232 DTE - DCE DB25 Interface Converter
The RS-232/EIA-530 Converter unit provides bidirectional conversion of all commonly used RS-232 and EIA-530 data signals. The unit is desiged to be used with one port configured as DTE and the other as DCE. The unit has two jumper selectable configurations. In one configuration, RS-232 is connected as DTE to EIA-530 functioning as DCE. In the other configuration, EIA-530 is connected as DTE to RS-232 functioning as DCE. Both configurations allow bidirectional data transfer. The RS-232/EIA-530 unit has the capability of converting a single interface port.
