    HDU FOAM BLOCK, Precision Board, Coastal Enterprises PBLT-30

    This is a very fine-grained high
    density urethane foam block.  PBLT-30 is a 30 pound per cubic foot density board.  So it carves much like a fine grained soft wood but has no grain so you can carve in any direction with no issues.  It is fully waterproof and is often used for exterior signage.
