Pioneer SG-9 Graphic Equalizer - multi voltage - please read

For sale is a
Pioneer SG-9 Graphic Equalizer
.  It is in working condition but does need to be serviced.  The -3db attenuator and tape monitor switches will not engage.  The previous owner put a piece of electrical tape over the tape monitor switch to hold it in place so he could use it.  From the research I have done, this a common problem with these particular push button switches.  As a result, it is being sold for "parts or not working".  I will not accept a return.
Carefully examine the posted pictures for cosmetic condition.  It will be shipped in its original box, double-boxed.  Included is all the literature you see pictured.
The original owner purchased this at a PX while stationed overseas.
