Griffons Lair ships most orders within two business days.  There may be some slight delays due to pandemic restrictions which remain in place, but we are expanding to a larger location to bring in more products and provide faster shipping.
Returns are allowed on incorrect items shipped.  We recommend taking insurance as damages or lost items are the responsibility of the shipping company.  We use USPS, Fed-Ex and UPS services.
Many products we are only authorized to ship within the USA.  Items are unassembled and unpainted.
