After tracking shows that item has left my country there will be no update for a while on the website, this is normal as Indiapost waits for an update from the receivers country to show on website
If item tracking shows that it has reached your country there will be no refund for any item not received case. Unfortunately there are people who let the item wait intentionally with customs and then they collect it after getting a refund form eBay. So we have this policy. Once the item reaches your country you are responsible to collect it from government post after paying any customs due.

Returns
Returns are not encouraged by us. We sell used items and its not possible to describe every detail. Like I cannot take a return on a for parts walkman if you are unable to get a screw open!!
Returns are also not possible where items have already been opened by you.
In any case buyer will pay for return shipping. I sell items that are used and inexpensive, so cannot afford return shipping costs from buyers country as sometimes it may be more than the item value itself!
