J.R.R. Tolkein's "The Lord of The Rings" Trilogy box set. Printed in 1965 by Houghton Mifflin Company in the U.S.A. A must have for any LOTR collectors bookshelf.
Condition issues include a seperation at the top part of the box set corner edge as well as minor scuffs and spotting. The books dust jackets have color faded spines with a few rips and roughage around the edges. The books themselves are in superb condition. Crisp and near perfect pages with unbelievably well kept, fold out map. The binding is sound and solid! Looks like it may have been read once and then stored on a shelf for the rest of its life.
