Vintage Barometer Made In Western Germany Nautical Ships Wheel Design

You are bidding on a new vintage Barometer.  Glass front is in good condition no cracks.  Made in Western Germany.  Wood outer case has 3 of the wheel spokes missing.  Don't know if weather reading is correct because I do not know anything about this type of instrument.  Brass is a bit discolored could use polishing but we keep it as we bought it.  We have has this for over 25 years sitting in a glass cabinet.
Measures 5" across and 7" from end of spokes across.
