Beautiful Elgin American Compact. The top is done in black enamel as well as gorgeous Guilloche Enamel.
Great mirror. Loose powder well and rouge well.

Measures 2 3/4 by 2 1/4 inches.
There are scratches on the bottom as shown consistent with age/use/handling/storage.
