Vintage ELGIN AMERICAN Powder Compact w/ Ring of Raised Flowers Green & Orange

This is an attractive Compact by the company Elgin American. It is goldtone with raised flowers on the lid in green and orange enamel. The compact, puff and soft cover are all signed. The pouch is in fair condition due to storage. The compact however is in almost unused condition. It is 3" diameter by 1/4" deep. This would be a great addition to any collection.
