You are bidding on a Vintage Platé Trioette Makeup Compact. Condition is "Used"
This one is a beauty! I bought it from an reputable seller on Etsy but had buyer’s remorse soon after.
The compact lid has a raised rose design inspired by Victorian hand held cameo mirrors with bobble edging. The trio-ette was made from terite - an early plastic and was released in several colors This example is in one of the rarer shades, a lovely baby blue marketed as Reuben Blue. The case measures The external and internal mirrors are all clear and reflective, the powder compact compartment retains it's unused original sifter and Plate' marked puff and shows no signs of ever having had powder stored within it. The rouge compartment has a full godet of bright pink pressed rouge with the clear plastic covering still over it and another unused Plate' puff. The lipstick holder has the red sticky lipstick in the handle and also has the gold label still attached. Finally, the case also retains the original Trioette hang tag and has the original card presentation box. The box has wear and one of the sides is missing so it doesn’t completely close. The compact however, is in very good condition with no flaws and no signs of wear, damage or use. Thank you for looking. Please ask any questions BEFORE bidding.
