Vintage Antique Marine Manual Psychrometer Hygrometer #5230 WeatherMeasure Weathertronics division of Qualimetric, Inc.  In Wooden Case.  With Accessories, including, hook, round slide-rule calculator chart, pipette, and winding key.
EXCELLENT!!!  PERFECT!!!  Clean and Shiny!!! Appears to have never been used.  Except rubber squeeze bulb is deteriorated, and some tarnish on hanging hook (see photos).

a wet bulb thermometer, measures temperature by having the bulb dipped in a liquid.
Through the comparison of both temperatures, individuals determine the relative humidity of the surrounding area by calculating the difference between the temperatures.
