% relative humidity -  Made In Germany. Temperature and Humidity readings are accurate - Unit "WORKS".  Brass has tarnished showing good patina.  In very nice Condition for its age.  Please view the attached photos to see Condition.  Will answer questions to the best of my Knowledge.
