. The warranty seal in the back is broken from it being brittle but as you can see from the pictures the bolts on the panel show no signs of wrench or screw driver marks. Aside from that the unit seems to be in near new condition, is fully functional and comes exactly as you see it in the pictures, so buy with confidence. (
